Clyde Stutts

Clyde Stutts serves as the Chief Integration Officer at Cortland since July 2014, focusing on integrating recent acquisitions into Cortland Europe, including BTR Development and Block management. Previously, Stutts held multiple leadership roles at Cortland, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer, where responsibilities encompassed operations, marketing, human resources, and enhancing living experiences for residents across over 30,000 multifamily apartment homes. Prior to Cortland, Stutts was the Executive Vice President at DHR International, specializing in executive search for human resources and related functions. Stutts has extensive experience in human resources from positions at Carter's, Inc., Macy's, and JCPenney, and holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University, along with a B.S. in Business and Psychology from Carroll University.
