Jan Lachapelle

Jan LaChapelle currently serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Debt Capital Markets at Cortland since March 2023. Previously, Jan held multiple executive roles at Vornado Realty Trust from October 2014 to March 2023, including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Vice President in Debt Capital Markets. Jan has extensive experience at Wells Fargo from June 2005 to September 2014, with a focus on commercial real estate banking, managing significant debt commitments, and leading deal teams. Earlier roles include positions at Pinnacor and Deloitte & Touche. Jan holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
