Kristen Appleton is an accomplished marketing professional with a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Regional Marketing Manager at Cortland since November 2021, Kristen oversees marketing programs that enhance portfolio performance and provides actionable recommendations based on community metrics. Prior to this role, Kristen held positions at Ohio's Electric Cooperatives as Regional Marketing Specialist and Marketing Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included strategy development and market research. Additional experience includes a marketing internship focusing on digital campaigns for co-ops, event coordination for Victoria's Secret Pink to boost brand awareness, and support roles at Northwest Title. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2019.
