Margaret Hynds O'Flanagan

Margaret Hynds O'Flanagan currently serves as the Head of Recognition and Interim CEO at the Health and Social Care Professionals Council at CORU, overseeing a public sector regulator in Ireland with a staff of 100 and 27,000 registrants. From November 2022 to November 2023, Margaret held the position of Chairperson of the International Relations Committee at the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR), after serving as Deputy Chairperson from October 2021 to November 2022. Previously, Margaret was the Registrar and Admissions Director at the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) and has occupied key roles within various European architectural organizations. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Organisational Change and Transformation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and an M.Litt. in Geography from Trinity College Dublin.
