Grace Latimer

Grace Latimer is currently employed as the Director, Legal Counsel at Corus Entertainment since October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at DLA Piper from 2016 to 2022, starting as a Summer Student in 2016, then progressing to a Student at Law from 2017 to 2018, and finally as a Corporate Associate from 2018 to 2022. Grace gained experience in various areas of corporate law, including securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital matters. Additionally, they had the opportunity to advise both public and private companies, as well as investment dealers. Before joining DLA Piper, Grace worked as a Customer Service Summer Student at L-3 WESCAM from 2011 to 2013.

Grace Latimer completed their high school education at Hillfield Strathallan College from 2006 to 2010. Grace then pursued their Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts at Queen's University from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they attended Queen's University again from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law. Additionally, in 2015, they studied International Business Law at the Queen's Faculty of Law, Bader International Study Centre for a brief period.
