Mike Searson

Mike Searson has extensive work experience in the media and content industry in Canada. Mike started their career at Corus Radio in 1999 as an Account Manager. In 2004, they joined Corus Entertainment as a General Sales Manager, overseeing the sales operations of the Vancouver market. In 2009, they were promoted to Director of Sales, responsible for both national and local sales for four stations in Vancouver. During their time in this role, they achieved revenue targets and received recognition for their innovation and strategic development. In 2016, Mike was further promoted to the position of Vice President, Local Revenue, where they led a multiplatform local business with a team of 265 employees across Canada. Mike is currently serving as the Group Vice President, Local Revenue, Client Marketing, and Creative Services at Corus Entertainment.

Mike Searson attended Kwantlen University College from 1993 to 1996, focusing on Sales & Marketing. Mike also obtained a certification as a Cynch Ambassador from Corus Entertainment in 2022.
