Jennifer Bondy has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Jennifer started their career at Alberta Health Services as a Therapy Assistant from February 2013 to February 2017. Jennifer then moved on to Pacific Blue Cross where they worked as a Disability Adjudication Specialist from May 2017 to June 2019, and as a Human Resources Administrator from June 2019 to September 2020. Currently, they are working at Corus Orthodontists as a Coordinator in the People & Culture department, since September 2021, and was promoted to Specialist in People & Culture in August 2022.

Jennifer Bondy's education history includes a diploma in Business Administration (Human Resources) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Capilano University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a diploma in the Rehabilitation Assistant Program.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has acquired several certifications. Jennifer completed the courses "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" through LinkedIn in August 2021. Furthermore, they earned Level 1 certification in Foundations of Wound Care from Wounds Canada in November 2013.
