Karrie Wuerch

Karen "Karrie" Wuerch currently serves as the Senior Administrative Director of Medical Staff Services at The Corvallis Clinic, having held this position since December 2012. Prior roles include Director of Physician Recruitment & Relations at The Corvallis Clinic and Recruiting Supervisor at Swedish Medical Group, where Karrie achieved significant recruitment milestones, including the hiring of over 400 new employees in 2011. Karrie's extensive experience in physician recruitment spans over a decade at Samaritan Health Services, as well as formative roles in academic advising and programming at Oregon State University. With a Master of Education in Adult Education from Oregon State University, Karrie's career began in education, including positions as a Home Economics Instructor and Teacher in various school districts.
