Brennan Blake

Brennan Blake is the current Director of Global Sales at Azuga, Inc., a position they have held since January 2019. In this role, they have been responsible for 50% year on year revenue growth through EOY 2021. Brennan has also led a sales team of over 120 people, including 4 teams and 20 managers. Prior to this, Brennan was the Regional Vice President of Sales at Verizon Connect from November 2016 to February 2019. Before that, they were the Sales Director at Fleetmatics from January 2011 to December 2019, a position they held until the company was acquired by Verizon in 2016. During their time at Fleetmatics, they managed both SMB and Enterprise teams simultaneously, increased Western Region’s MRR from $11.5K to $87.5K on and TCV from 432K to 2.8 Million in a short span, grew a sales team from 5 to 55 employees through hands-on training and development plans, established a competitive sales force through performance driven incentive programs, process management, and most importantly, employee “buy-in” by effective leadership, created forecasting and pipeline management processes that became standard for the entire company, increased conversion rates on marketing qualified leads to highest level in the organization, revamped sales process, cycle, policies and strategy; implemented promotional strategies. Brennan was also the Top Sales Manager in full year 2016 and 2017 and their team had the Top closing percent in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Brennan Blake holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Arizona State University. Brennan also has certification from the American Management Association in American Management Association.
