Cindy Gambosh

Cindy Gambosh is an experienced professional with a strong background in workforce automation and technology management. Currently serving as Director of Workforce Automation and National Call Center Manager at CorVel Corporation since June 2009, Cindy manages the intake and distribution of Workers' Compensation First Notice of Loss Claims, oversees EDI state filings, and leads the Centralized Reception Group. Previously, Cindy held the position of Applications & Desktop Services Manager at Hunton & Williams LLP from September 2002 to April 2009, and served as Regional Technology Manager at Talisma Corporation, providing technical support and product demonstrations for customer service software. Earlier in Cindy's career, from 1996 to 1998, an Implementation Manager role was undertaken at Kronos. Cindy completed an Associate's degree in Computer Science from VCU/ECPI from 1995 to 1998.
