Denise Hauck

Denise Hauck currently serves as President of the DoD Division at Corvias, overseeing property operations, construction, asset management, and development teams with an emphasis on operational excellence and military relationships since March 2023. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Operations, Denise provided leadership to a 600-member property management team, focusing on service standards and project performance in military housing. Prior to Corvias, Denise held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Servitas, where efforts included developing a skilled team and managing P3 housing initiatives for higher education and municipal projects. Denise's experience also includes serving as Vice President at Balfour Beatty Communities, implementing compliance policies for a diverse portfolio of multifamily and student housing, and as Vice President of Air Force Communities at Pinnacle, ensuring regulatory adherence across several Air Force MHPI Communities.
