Electronics Hardware Engineer at Corvus Robotics

Elijah Reed has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Elijah currently works at Corvus Robotics as an Electronics Hardware Engineer, where they are responsible for designing the main motherboard and auxiliary PCBs for autonomous drones. Elijah also redesigned a landing pad controller, saving on wiring costs and addressing the silicon shortage. Prior to this, they worked at Quantica GmbH as a Computer and Electronics Engineer and Firmware Engineer, designing and testing a multi-camera streaming system for a 3D printer. At UCI CubeSat, Elijah served as the Avionics Hardware Lead, overseeing the design of the onboard computer and managing project deadlines. Elijah also worked as an Avionics Engineer on the same project, conducting research on attitude control algorithms and designing electrical schematics and PCBs. Lastly, Elijah has experience in software testing from their role as a Software Tester at ClickPoint Software.

Elijah Reed completed their education from 2020 to 2022 at UC Irvine, where they pursued a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Elijah'sfield of study focused on Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering.
