Mohammed Kabir

Co-Founder/CTO at Corvus Robotics

Mohammed Kabir has extensive experience in the robotics field. Mohammed co-founded Corvus Robotics in 2018 and currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer. Mohammed also previously served as a Co-Founder and Principal Roboticist at Corvus Robotics from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Core Developer at PX4 starting in 2014. Mohammed Kabir was also a Founding Engineer and State Estimation Lead at MIT Driverless from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they were the Attitude Determination and Control System Lead for MIT Beavercube, where they contributed to the design of a micro-satellite for earth observation. Mohammed worked as a Researcher at MIT Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems (LIDS) from 2017 to 2018. Furthermore, Mohammed Kabir co-founded UASys in 2014 and served as the Technical Lead until 2017. Overall, they have a strong background in robotics, technical development, and research.

Mohammed Kabir pursued their education at St. Xavier's Collegiate School from 2005 to 2017, where they completed their high school studies focusing on science. Later, they attended the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2017 to 2021. During their time at MIT, Mohammed obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering.
