Miti Zala

Miti Zala has gained extensive experience in recruitment and employee engagement throughout their career. Miti is currently working as the Lead - Recruitment & Employee Engagement at Corys Piping Systems - Manufacturers of Hepworth since March 2023. In their previous role as a Senior Recruitment & Employee Engagement Specialist at the same company from October 2019 to February 2023, they were responsible for developing and monitoring the organization's manpower plan, preparing job descriptions, and ensuring appropriate pay scales.

Prior to that, Miti worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Corys Piping Systems from November 2017 to July 2019, where they handled full life-cycle recruitment and onboarding and implemented various talent acquisition activities.

Miti also has experience working at Fujitsu Global as an HR Generalist / Recruiter in July 2017, where they managed strategic IT recruitment for the Middle East region and developed relationships with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently.

Additionally, Miti worked at EY as a Senior HR Associate from August 2016 to December 2016, focused on recruiting professionals for the Assurance service line across MENA.

Furthermore, they served as a Technology Healthcare Recruiter for MENA at IBM from October 2014 to March 2016, managing hiring and recruitment strategies for a leading healthcare provider in Qatar.

Before that, Miti worked at Fujitsu Consulting India as a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist from June 2013 to May 2014, managing talent acquisition for various regions and competencies.

Miti also has experience as an Asst Manager - Talent Acquisition Group at Fulcrum Worldwide from October 2009 to May 2013, where they handled full recruitment life-cycle and candidate screening.

Miti'searlier roles include positions at Capgemini as a Recruiter (Contract position) in August 2009 and at BIS HR Solutions as a Recruitment / Branch Manager from April 2005 to February 2009.

Miti Zala completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Miti Zala obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.com) from the University of Mumbai between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, Miti Zala received a certification as a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner from Thomas International in May 2021.
