Virginia Kelley

Virginia Kelley, MBA, currently serves as Director of Total Rewards at Corza Medical since May 2023, bringing extensive expertise in total rewards strategy, benefit plan design, and implementation. Prior roles include Vice President of Total Rewards at Morehouse School of Medicine and a series of executive positions at Piedmont Healthcare from 2010 to 2022, where efforts focused on overseeing welfare, wellbeing, retirement, and compensation plans for a system of 28,000 employees, among other responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a Global Mobility Consultant position at The Coca-Cola Company and Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Vivendi Universal Games, where a Corporate Total Rewards function was established. Virginia Kelley holds an MBA in International Business from Mercer University and a BBA in Finance from Valdosta State University.
