Alfonso Rodríguez

Alfonso Rodríguez is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in retail management. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources for Europe and Asia Pacific at COS since June 2016, Alfonso has previously held key roles including South Europe HR Business Partner and Flagship Store Manager. Over a robust tenure at COS, Alfonso has led numerous initiatives focusing on employee relations, operational standards, and team development. Additional experience includes positions at World Skills London 2011 as a Team Host, Administrative Manager at Domestika, and Deputy Manager at Zara Home Inditex. Alfonso holds a Diploma in Event Management from City St George’s, University of London.
