Ismael Zuazo

Ismael Zuazo has extensive experience in ecommerce and digital transformation, currently serving as the Global Business Change Lead for Digital Transformation and Global Head of Website at COS since June 2020. Prior roles include Head of Ecommerce for both COS and Belstaff, where responsibilities spanned across the European market and the overall ecommerce strategy. Ismael's career began at John Lewis, progressing through various roles in online merchandising, culminating in positions such as Ecommerce Trading and Merchandising Manager at Smythson of Bond Street, and Sales and Trade Assistant Manager at Tate.
