Jonas Waerner

Jonas Waerner serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Cosafe Technology since June 2019, where the company specializes in a cloud-based crisis management and communications platform aimed at enhancing safety and resilience. In addition to this role, Jonas holds the position of Chairman of the Board for a leading SaaS Sectech company from June 2019 to May 2024 and acts as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at SLL Energi & Infrastruktur AB, managing various services in civil engineering. Jonas also serves as Managing Owner of Tössedalen, a small-scale forestry and agricultural business, and a Senior Advisor at JPE Capital AB, which provides business and financial advisory services. Previous experience includes M&A advisory roles at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC and SEB, coupled with internships at SEB. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Finance from Queen's University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Uppsala University.
