Francesco Rotella M.D. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Francesco began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Manager at Summit Diagnostic and Physical Medicine, where they organized therapy sessions for patients and contributed to smooth billing and coding processes. In 2014, they joined CarePoint Health System as a Care Coordinator, assisting physicians in transitioning care for high-risk patients and implementing e-Clinical Works in Hudson County. Francesco later became the Director of Clinical Operations, participating in the planning and evaluation process of medical activities and achieving positive adjustments in MIPS for the Medical Group. From 2017 to 2021, Francesco worked at Jersey Integrated Network as the Director of Care Coordination, overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinating population health initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Services at Cosán Group and will assume the role of Clinical Director in 2023.

Francesco Rotella, M.D. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Monmouth University from 2001 to 2005. Francesco later pursued their medical education at Xavier University School of Medicine, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Rotella has also obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they completed the "Project Management: Healthcare Projects" certification from LinkedIn. Francesco further enhanced their skills in Excel by completing the "Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365)" certification in December 2021.
