Manuel Pérez Baena

Manuel Pérez Baena is an experienced Corporate Contracts Manager at COSAPI since August 2012, overseeing the management of all contracts and subcontracts within the organization. Responsibilities include negotiation, drafting, and compliance assurance while participating in bidding processes for significant construction projects. Notable projects managed include the modernization of the Talara Refinery and various civil works in industrial plants. Prior experience as a Project Manager at SANDO involved urbanization projects, among others, and roles at MORENO FERNANDEZ ARQUITECTURA Y URBANISMO SL focused on engineering and construction for residential developments. Manuel holds an MBA in Strategic Business Administration from CENTRUM PUCP, a Master's in Leadership from EADA Business School, and a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Granada.
