Michael Stoop Cpp, Cfi

Michael Stoop, CPP, CFI, currently serves as the Human Resources Director and previously held the title of Loss Prevention Investigations Manager at Cosentino's Food Stores since October 2019. Stoop has extensive experience in loss prevention, having worked as a Field Leader/Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Save-A-Lot from 2015 to October 2019, where responsibilities included leading the loss prevention field team and supporting investigations into theft and fraud. Prior to this, Stoop was a Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Stage Stores from August 2012 to July 2015, overseeing a multi-state region and implementing programs to reduce loss. Additional roles include District Loss Prevention Manager at Sears, Juvenile Probation Officer at the Office of Youth Development, District Loss Prevention Specialist at Albertsons, and service as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army from 1995 to 2000.
