Jean-Yves BIESER

Jean-Yves BIESER has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Jean-Yves began their career in 1990 as an Engineer System Unix/Windows at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, where they managed Unix systems and deployed LAN networks, developed software, and provided support and training to users. In 1996, they joined Bossard Systèmes as an Engineer of Studies, and then Datastream as an Engineer Support Technician. In this role, they were responsible for administering Oracle, deploying GMAO software across the world, and leading technical projects. From 1999 to 2006, they served as the Responsible for Informatics at CHAUVIN - Criblage et tamisage, where they were responsible for the functioning and evolution of internal applications. Since 2015, they have been working at ServiceNav, an EasyVista Solution, where they serve as an ITOM consulting manager and Senior Consultant. In this role, they assist clients in their transformations and is responsible for the daily supervision and continual improvement of the software.

Jean-Yves BIESER obtained their DUT informatique from Universit\u00e9 Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) between 1987 and 1989. Jean-Yves then went on to pursue a MIAGE in recherche multim\u00e9dia at IMAG de Grenoble, which they completed between 1993 and 1995.
