Ishan Bhalerao

Ishan Bhalerao's work experience begins in 2017 as a Mechanical Design Intern at TRUMPF North America, where they were involved in implementing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles for fixtures and laser development.

From 2016 to 2018, Ishan worked as a Research Assistant at HLEE Labs, Rutgers University, developing computational physics models for 3D printing simulations using COMSOL.

In 2018, they joined TechnoPro Solutions Inc. (TPSI) as a Mechanical Engineer, and later transitioned to the role of Technical Services Engineer at Kaztronix LLC in 2020.

In 2021, Ishan returned to TechnoPro Solutions Inc. (TPSI) as a Mechanical Engineer.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Technical Services Specialist II.
