Marie Sermadiras has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marie is currently the CEO of Cosfibel Group, a key player in luxury secondary packaging. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Vice-President at the same company.

In addition to their role at Cosfibel Group, Marie has been involved in several investment ventures as a Business Angel and Board Member. Marie has invested in various startups, such as Box2Home, Kymono, and Cible Skin, among others. Marie has also served as an investor and board member in companies like Linkaband, Né à la Maternité, and Anybuddy.

Marie has held positions as a Board Member at Abilways, one of the leading players in the French training industry, and HEC Alumni, the association of graduates from HEC Paris.

Marie has also worked as a Columnist at Europe 1 and was part of the campaign team for Marie-Do Aeschlimann's election to the Senate, where they provided support on issues related to entrepreneurship and diversity within companies.

Marie has served as a Board Member at Pléiade Asset Management, an entrepreneurial management company specializing in listed equity investment. Marie has also worked at L'Oréal, where they held the position of Global Chief Digital Officer & Member of the Executive Committee - Active Cosmetics, and served as a Strategic Advisor for BOLD, L'Oréal's corporate venture fund.

Furthermore, they have been a Member of the International Women's Forum and has had entrepreneurial experience as a CEO & Co-founder at Treatwell (previously ZenSoon), the European leader in online beauty and wellness appointments. Marie later became the Executive Chairman & Co-founder of the company.

Marie Sermadiras attended HEC Paris from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they studied Economics at Ipésup from 2006 to 2008, specializing in preparatory classes for top business schools.
