Shane P. Swilley

Shane Swilley is a Partner at Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP with extensive experience in civil litigation, specializing in employment law, torts, and complex commercial and business disputes. Prior to this, Shane worked as an Associate Attorney at Dolan Griggs LLP, handling employment law claims and successfully defending clients in discrimination suits. Shane also served as a Law Clerk at the same firm and worked as a Research Fellow at Lewis & Clark Law School. Shane holds a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a BS in Environmental Studies from Willamette University.
