Michelle Holzworth is an experienced Development Operations professional at COSI - Center of Science and Industry, currently serving as Development Operations Coordinator since June 2020 and previously as Development Operations Associate. In these roles, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in Power BI reporting, Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce data translation, and implementing operational efficiencies to enhance donor experiences. Prior experience includes preparing tax receipts and maintaining donor records at COSI and teaching college composition at Capital University and The University of Akron. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Rhetoric and Composition from The University of Akron, along with an Associate's Degree in Art/Art Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Shawnee State University.
