Marc O'Riley has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Marc began their career at GE as an Automation & Performance Testing Manager. Marc then moved on to National Australia Bank, where they held multiple roles including Automation Lead, Performance Test Manager, Vendor Technical Partner, Implementation Project Manager, and Project Manager. Marc then joined Adobe as an IT Project Manager before transitioning to BioIQ as a Project Manager/Scrum Master & Release Manager and later as the Director of SaaS Experience. Marc further expanded their career at Activision Blizzard, where they served as a Technical Project Manager and Senior Technical Project Manager in Global In-Game and Marketing Analytics, as well as a Senior IT Program Manager in eSports. Most recently, they worked at Rivian as a Technical Project Manager focusing on Carbon Footprint and later took on the role of Senior IT Program Manager. Throughout their career, Marc has demonstrated expertise in program management, technical project management, sustainability efforts, and IT implementation.

Marc O'Riley studied at La Trobe University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Marc also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the same university.

In addition to their academic achievements, Marc has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. In February 2016, they completed the Certified Scrum Product Owner program offered by the Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in October 2012, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification, also from the Scrum Alliance.
