Chloe Takahashi

Chloe Takahashi is the Program Director at WiL and the CEO & Founder of Cosme Hunt, Inc., a venture-backed startup specializing in Japanese beauty products. Chloe is also a Community Member at Gold House and the Head of FaB Tokyo at FaB Fashion and BeautyTech San Francisco. Chloe has been an angel investor in Impact Food, LUUM, and Bloomi, supporting startups in sustainability, beauty services, and inclusive wellness. Previously, Chloe was the CEO of Cosme Hunt Japan and the CEO & Co-Founder of Mixin Lab, LLC. Chloe also held positions at CyberAgent as the Director of Business at CyberBuzz, Inc. and Mind Palette, Inc. Chloe holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Nihon University and a degree in Computer Science from Make School.
