Axel Richter

Axel Richter is an experienced professional in the field of sports engineering, currently serving as Service and Application Manager at Cosmed Deutschland GmbH since July 2019, focusing on the installation, training, and servicing of medical devices, alongside process development and digitalization. Previous roles include an internship and master thesis at CUBE Bikes, where concept development and prototyping of cycling shoe outsoles were key responsibilities, as well as a research internship at Victoria University, where 3D motion analysis and foot pressure measurements were conducted. Early career experience includes research and development of natural fibers at the Saxon Textile Research Institute, sales support at W. L. Gore & Associates, and various internships in production technology. Axel holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Engineering from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
