Cosmetic Valley
Christophe MASSON has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. Christophe started their career as a PhD at sanofi-aventis in 1998 and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Research Scientist at Novartis. Christophe then joined genfit in 2002 as an Associate Director in Medicinal Chemistry, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they moved to Cosmetic Valley and held various roles, including Scientific Manager until 2017, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2018, and Chief Executive Officer from 2019 until the present.
Christophe Masson began their education at Chimie ParisTech - PSL from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a degree in Chemistry. Christophe later pursued further education at Sorbonne Université from 1998 to 2001, completing their PhD in Chemistry. In 2014, Christophe attended HEC Paris for Executive Education in Business Unit Management.
