Alcides Marques has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2002, they founded Insert Solutions Lda. and served as the CEO until 2006. Following that, they founded and served as the CEO of PCB Informática e Serviços, Lda. for a brief period. In 2006, they joined Inogate S.A. as an IT Manager, where they were responsible for creating the IT team and developing the company's flagship product. Alcides also managed projects for prominent organizations such as Millenium BCP, ColepCCL, and Tenaris. After leaving Inogate S.A. in 2011, Alcides Marques started their own venture called MY DATA manager in 2013 and assumed the role of Founder and Technology Advisor. In 2016, they became a Technology Advisor for CADmeter. In 2019, they co-founded Cosmetikke and served as a Technology Advisor. In 2018, Alcides Marques founded Cosmedesk and served as the Co-CEO. Lastly, in 2020, they joined Mindflow as a Business and Technology Advisor.
Alcides Marques obtained a Licentiate degree in Informatics Engineering from the Departamento de Engenharia Informática at Universidade de Coimbra. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Primavera Certified Technician from PRIMAVERA Business Software Solutions in September 2003.

We are independent and therefore impartial. We are passionate about beauty and technology. We are ambitious and dreamers.
