Yanni Barghouty

Yanni Barghouty began their career in 2011 as a Computer Engineering Research Assistant at NASA - Marshall Space Flight Center. In 2012, they joined GT StartUp as an Associate, where they were mentored by veteran entrepreneurs and business developers on the principles of business development and management. In 2015, Yanni became the CEO of Spots Development Group, LLC. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded Cosmic Shielding Corporation, where they serve as the CEO. CSC provides radiation risk reduction technologies to satellite operators and manufacturers, space agencies, and other private space exploration industries.

Yanni Barghouty attended Pope John Paul II Catholic High School from 2008 to 2012, graduating with an Honors Diploma. Yanni then attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016, studying Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
