Lavinia Kádas

Lavinia Kádas is a seasoned professional in talent attraction and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Talent Attraction Specialist at COSMO CONSULT since February 2024. Previously, Lavinia held the position of Talent Partner for Germany at Austin International from September 2019 to November 2023, focusing on recruiting top talent in the IT and Life Sciences sectors.
