Thilo Mundt

Thilo Mundt has extensive work experience in the field of customer strategy management and sales. Thilo currently holds the position of Customer Strategy Management Lead at COSMO CONSULT since February 2023. In this role, they are responsible for driving the customer-centric approach to digital transformation and collaborating with colleagues across the COSMO Group. Thilo also leads a team of Customer Strategy Managers and is accountable for achieving the team's goals and optimizing the customer strategy management program.

Prior to their current role, Thilo worked as a Customer Strategy Manager and Speaker Customer Strategy Manager at COSMO CONSULT from July 2021 to January 2023. Their focus was on holistic management of digital transformation, encompassing strategy, culture/organization, and technology.

Before joining COSMO CONSULT, Thilo worked as a Sales Consultant at COSMO CONSULT from July 2019 to June 2021, primarily focusing on selling the ERP product "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management".

Thilo also has experience with proALPHA, where they served as an ERP Project Manager / Professional Consultant Logistics from May 2018 to June 2019. Thilo successfully completed the IPMA Project Management Associate certification during this time. Thilo also worked as an ERP Logistics Consultant at proALPHA from September 2016 to April 2018, specializing in modules such as purchasing, sales, EDI, document management, OCR invoice recognition, and compliance address checks.

Thilo Mundt's education history includes a degree in "Magister der Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften" from Universität Innsbruck, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Thilo also studied "Wirtschaftswissenschaften" at The University of Auckland in 2016 and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Thilo has obtained various certifications in different fields, including project management and communication skills.
