The Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League (CJSL) started a movement in 1933 as the first youth soccer league in the USA. As its Cosmopolitan name implies, the CJSL is one of the most diverse soccer leagues in the world with dozens of languages spoken on CJSL fields every weekend. The league is made up of 25,000 players today. CJSL alumni have used their soccer ability to gain scholarship and entry to the college of their choice throughout the league’s rich 90-year history.
