Silvia Borghi graduated in 2010 from the Università degli Studi di Pavia with a thesis on international commercial law. They became a licensed legal professional in Italy in 2013 and have specialized in private and international commercial law, assisting both foreign companies operating in Italy and Italian companies engaged in international commercial relations. Silvia has extensive experience in litigation, particularly in matters related to contractual and extracontractual liability and consumer law, as well as non-litigious advisory services for commercial contract negotiations and drafting. Since September 2019, Silvia has been serving as the General Legal Counsel at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, also acting as the Data Protection Officer. Silvia is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law at the Università degli Studi di Pavia.
