Debra Williams, MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles spanning different industries. Debra currently serves as the Director of Product Management at TropiClean Pet Products since December 2018, where they previously worked as a Product Manager from August to December 2018. Prior to this, Debra worked at AFB International from 2007 to 2018, holding positions such as Global Category Manager from January 2016 to August 2018, Marketing Manager from August 2014 to January 2016, Product Manager from October 2010 to August 2014, and Senior Cost Accountant from June 2008 to November 2010. Debra also worked as a Senior Accountant and Financial Analyst at AFB International from April 2007 to June 2008. Earlier in their career, Debra worked as an Inventory Accountant at Build-A-Bear Workshop from March 2005 to April 2007, and as an Accountant at FlightSafety International from November 2000 to March 2005. Debra began their career at Olin Corporation, where they held roles as an Accounting Services, A/P Specialist from February 1999 to November 2000, and as a Production, Inspection & Machine Operator from March 1993 to February 1999. Additionally, Debra served as the VP Financials on the Board of Directors for the American Marketing Association from July 2011 to June 2013 and from July 2011 to June 2012. Their responsibilities in this role included finance-related tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and budget vs. actual analysis and reporting.

Debra Williams, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business and Technology at Webster University from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2001.
