Tim Kossakowski

Tim Kossakowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim is currently working at Cosmos Corporation as the Director of Quality since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager, Quality Control at Curium Pharma from March 2020 to August 2021.

Tim also worked at STERIS as a Senior Quality Engineer from October 2019 to March 2020, and as a QC Supervisor from May 2017 to March 2020. In the role of QC Supervisor, they managed and supervised 12 individuals in quality control labs and was responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the team members.

Before STERIS, Tim briefly worked as an AR&D Chemist II at Nesher Pharmaceuticals (USA) LLC in 2017. Tim also has experience as an Analytical Chemist II at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from March 2013 to March 2017. In this role, they performed analytical testing on various pharmaceutical products and prepared batch materials.

Tim's earlier work experience includes roles as a Cardinals Authentics Employee at the St. Louis Cardinals from August 2006 to October 2016 and as a Chemist at Monsanto Company from May 2011 to March 2013. At Monsanto, they worked on formulating herbicide related products and conducting wet chemistry techniques.

Tim started their career at Covidien as a Quality Control employee from August 2010 to May 2011. During this time, they were trained in cGMP and Health and Safety practices and conducted water testing.

Tim Kossakowski earned their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Physics from Saint Louis University, graduating in 2010. In addition, they obtained certification as an Emergency First Responder (EMR) from Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals in November 2015.
