Rafael Cascales Sisniega

Rafael Cascales Sisniega is a seasoned professional with a diverse portfolio in international business consultancy, foreign trade, and tourism promotion. As the founder director of CASICO since 2006, Rafael has led a consultancy focused on developing business ventures in Vietnam, China, Myanmar, and Asia. In addition, Rafael serves as Executive President of ACOCEX, the sole association for foreign trade professionals in Spain, and as President of ATEC, which promotes tourism between Spain and China. Rafael's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in the founding of multiple companies, including THE LICENSE COOKERS, AQUAFEET, and BienBespoke in Ho Chi Minh City. Educational credentials include degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and an Executive Program in Business in China from IE Business School.
