Harish Nikam

Harish Nikam is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in machine design and project management within the manufacturing sector. Currently, Harish serves as AGM of Innovation & Development at COSMOS IMPEX (INDIA) PVT LTD since September 2025. Previously, Harish held significant roles at Kennametal India Ltd, including Manager of Projects & Design-Machine Tools, where responsibility included managing the design and development of special purpose machine tools for over 17 years. Harish's earlier career includes positions as System Specialist at GE Healthcare focusing on machine design and reliability engineering, as well as various design roles in renowned companies like Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd and Windsor Machines Limited. Academic qualifications include an MS in Mechanical System Design from Manipal University and a BE in Production Engineering from LE College-Morbi.
