Jakub Kowalczyk

Jakub Kowalczyk has extensive work experience in software development, with a focus on Java programming. Jakub started their career in 2006 as a PHP Programmer at Globalaffairs.pl. Jakub then worked as a Java Developer at Creditreform from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Himalaya IT as a Java Developer, where they primarily worked on the presentation layer of an internal banking system for PKO S. A. In 2009, they became a Java Software Developer consultant at Generali and a Senior Java Developer at Decerto sp. z o.o. In 2014, they joined Nationale-Nederlanden Poland as a Senior Java Developer consultant and worked there until 2018. Since 2018, Jakub has been working at Cosmose, Inc., initially as a Senior Java Programmer, and later as a Senior Java Developer and Staff Java Developer/Tech Lead for the CN region.

Jakub Kowalczyk obtained their Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology. Jakub pursued this degree from 2003 to 2009. In addition, they participated in the Confucius Institute Scholarship program at Beijing Sport University in 2016. Jakub completed a non-degree program in this field of study during that time.
