Eray Sahin

Eray Sahin is a dedicated researcher with expertise in microbiome studies, biostatistics, and bioinformatics. Currently serving as a Research Associate at CosmosID since February 2023, Eray is engaged in literature reviews, data curation, and research project analysis. Prior to this role, Eray worked as a Researcher PhD Student at Epigenetiks Genetik Biyoinformatik Yazılım A.Ş., contributing to R&D projects and performing bioinformatics and statistical analyses following wet-lab procedures in Nanopore sequencing. Eray's education includes a PhD in Biostatistics and Bioinformatics from Acibadem Mehmet Ali Aydinlar University and a Guest PhD Student experience at the University of Copenhagen. Additionally, Eray has experience as a Molecular Biology Specialist at Anadolu Medical Center and has held teaching assistant positions at Yeditepe University during undergraduate studies.
