Spencer Lawson

Spencer Lawson, an accomplished executive leader in SaaS technology and EdTech, brings extensive expertise in solution engineering, strategic partnerships, and customer success to his role as Head of Professional Services at CoSo Cloud. His background includes significant work with the Federal Government, including US Army TRADOC, DLI, and DISA, leading global teams and delivering exceptional results. At CoSo Cloud, Spencer focuses on strengthening service capabilities while fostering collaboration and creating high-impact solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. He is committed to ensuring all projects are on time, on budget, and delivered with no surprises. His prior experience includes roles at Class Technologies, Instructor, and Blackboard, where he oversaw customer success and partnership strategy and built high-performing global sales/solution engineering teams. Spencer earned his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. His academic studies include Philosophy, Computer Science, and Business Administration. He is dedicated to the ongoing success and growth of CoSo Cloud, leveraging his experience to drive innovation and strengthen customer relationships.
