Frank Pennekamp

Frank Pennekamp is an experienced professional in cost engineering and project management, currently serving as the STO competence centre lead at Cost Engineering since May 2017. Previously, Frank held a position as a cost consultant, contributing to various projects including roles at Liandon/Qirion and Ineos O&P Cologne, where responsibilities included cost estimation and implementation of software systems. Frank's background also includes a graduate researcher role at DARSim, Delft University of Technology, and experience as an editorial assistant at Energy Strategy Reviews - Elsevier. Frank holds a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Earth Sciences, both from Delft University of Technology.
