Ana Elizondo Mendez

Ana Elizondo Mendez has held various positions in the past. Ana started their career in 2008 as a Physical Therapist at Revitaliz - Private physical therapy practice. In 2012, they joined Cost Management Group, Inc. as Director of Operations, where they were responsible for all the operations of the company, including the systems and processes that are used daily. Ana also guaranteed that their client's telecom infrastructure was sized appropriately, billed correctly, and provisioned efficiently. Additionally, they reviewed, analyzed and evaluated business procedures to ensure that each department was reaching the goals set by the leadership team. Ana also held the positions of TEM Manager and TEM Services Supervisor. Lastly, they were a Billing Analyst, where they were in charge of implementing new telecom accounts in their proprietary system and processing the invoices on a recurring basis. Ana also performed billing variance analysis, inventory reconciliation, contract gathering, and rate validation. Furthermore, they ensured that charges on invoices were aligned with client's expectations. In 2012, they also joined Priceline.com as a Travel Agent Specialist.

Ana Elizondo Mendez has a diverse educational background. Ana started their studies in 2001 at the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where they obtained a Physical Therapist degree in 2008. In 2014, they began studying Business Administration and Management, General at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, and received their degree in 2017. In the same year, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GoLeanSixSigma. Ana is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Operations at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, which they are expected to complete in 2025. Additionally, Ana has obtained several certifications, including a Decision-Making: Blending Art & Science certification from Dartmouth College in 2022, a Why Smart Executives Fail: Common Mistakes & Warning Signs certification from Coursera in 2022, and a Freshdesk product expert certification from Freshworks in 2019.
