Raymond Risman

Raymond Risman has over 13 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Raymond began their career in 2007 as a Managed Care Pharmacy Resident at Prescription Solutions. In 2008, they moved to Rxperts as an Independent Managed Care Consultant. In 2009, they joined the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Pharmacy Affairs as a Core Formulary Clinical Pharmacist. From 2010 to 2018, they held various positions at UnitedHealth Group, including Vice President, Optum Life Sciences, Senior Director, Industry Relations OptumRx, Director, Industry Relations OptumRx, and Manager, Industry Relations Prescription Solutions. In 2018, they joined Curisium (now part of HealthVerity) as Vice President, Strategy. In 2020, they were appointed VP, Contract Platform Technologies Engagement at HealthVerity. Currently, they are the Vice President of Trade Relations & Pharmaceutical Contracting at Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC.

Raymond Risman obtained a Pharm.D. from the University of Southern California in 2007, a M.S. in Regulatory Sciences from the University of Southern California in 2007, a B.S. in Bioengineering from UC San Diego in 2001, and a B.S. in Biochemistry from UC San Diego in 2001.
