Timothy Ibbotson

Timothy Ibbotson has been the Vice President of Business Development at Cost Segregation Services, Inc. since May 2017. Timothy is responsible for providing IRS recommended calculations to assist business owners in accelerating depreciation and ensuring compliance with tangible property regulations. Previously, from December 2011 to April 2017, Timothy was the Sales Director at Watters International Realty, where they played a key role in expanding the company's real estate team in Austin, TX and increasing the number of transactions from 125 in 2012 to 500 in 2015. Timothy implemented systems and processes to ensure consistent client experiences.

Timothy Ibbotson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University. Timothy attended the university from 2002 to 2006.
