Batuhan Cavus is an experienced professional in supply chain and operations management with a robust background in leading transformative projects across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager at Costa Coffee since February 2022, Batuhan has implemented a global supply and demand planning solution on the Anaplan platform and enhanced replenishment planning for vending machines. Prior experience includes leading operations at Waken Mouthcare in the FMCG sector, managing end-to-end supply chain operations at Edgewell Personal Care, and implementing integrated supply solutions at L'Oréal. Batuhan's career began in logistics at Ekol Logistics, where expertise in process development was established. Batuhan holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
