Katy Wallace is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leading global transformation initiatives at Costa Coffee since September 2021, where roles include Chief Digital and Information Officer and Global Finance Director focusing on enterprise transformation, controls, and supply chain finance. Prior to Costa Coffee, Katy served at PwC UK for nearly two decades, progressing from Associate to Director within the London Business Risk and Controls team, providing audit and advisory services to FTSE100 clients. Katy holds a BA in Law and Politics from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2000.
