Nick Orrin

Nick Orrin has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as a Trustee for the Costa Foundation since July 2024, addressing educational challenges in coffee-growing communities. As Managing Director of Costa Coffee UK&I since January 2019, Nick previously held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Interim Managing Director and Central Operations Director, where responsibilities spanned construction, maintenance, and health and safety. Before Costa Coffee, Nick held significant operational roles at Whitbread, Compass Group, and Casterbridge Nurseries Ltd, demonstrating a strong track record in driving growth and operational efficiency across various sectors. Nick holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Hotel & Catering Management and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management.
